Solar Panel Installation
The installation of solar panel systems at Youth Development Centers located in all 64 districts of the country has been completed under the project. The EARN Project is being implemented by the Department of Youth Development under the Ministry of Youth and Sports. This initiative was undertaken to ensure an uninterrupted power supply to Youth Development offices by connecting the solar panel systems to the national grid through net metering, while also creating a potential source of future income.
Initial Financial Assistance

This funding will be provided to approximately 15,000 selected beneficiaries as initial financial assistance to support their income-generating activities and small-scale enterprises. Experienced trainers will provide them with proper guidance on managing and expanding their businesses. Under their guidance, the beneficiaries will have the opportunity to develop themselves into successful entrepreneurs.
Motorcycles and Mobile Phones
To further accelerate the loan assistance activities of the Department of Youth Development, 500 motorcycles and 750 mobile phones have been distributed for use by the Assistant Youth Development Officers of the Youth Development Offices in 250 upazilas under the EARN Project.
